FTC is for students aged roughly 12 to 18. You don’t need experience to start: you learn by doing, alongside your teammates.برنامج FTC للطلاب من سن 12 إلى 18 عامًا تقريبًا. لا تحتاج إلى خبرة سابقة لتبدأ: تتعلّم بالممارسة، إلى جانب زملائك في الفريق.

Mentor the team.كن مرشدًا للفريق.
Mentors give students the experience a textbook can’t. In FIRST, students do the work; mentors ask good questions, teach skills and keep things safe.يمنح المرشدون الطلاب خبرة لا يقدّمها كتاب. في FIRST يقوم الطلاب بالعمل، ويطرح المرشدون الأسئلة الصحيحة، ويعلّمون المهارات، ويحافظون على السلامة.
